The basics of ordering from Al-Ghulam Halal Butcher.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm your order by phone or email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, in which case you won't be charged.
Prices & weights
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Meat is cut by hand, so weights are approximate; whole and half animals are priced as listed regardless of small variations in weight.
Payment
Payment is taken on delivery or collection. Please have the order total ready when your order arrives.
Delivery & collection
Delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout. Collection orders should be picked up on the day they are ready unless agreed otherwise.
Returns
Because our products are fresh food, we can't accept returns. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us the same day and we'll put it right.
